Bye bye intensedebate!

Again I noticed that intensedebate has deleted comments from an entire post. So frustrating! I emailed them twice last week when the deleted 40 comments -some I never got to respond too- from a post last week. I went ahead and deleted intensedebate, which also deleted every single one of my comments. Really annoyed at this point, but it is what it is. Hopefully this a fresh start!

This is a test to see if I have managed to get back the blogger comment pop up window. Hopefully this isn't a sign for how the rest of my week will go.

    Same thing happened to me...I was getting tons of spam and deleted comments when using Intense Debate so I disabled it. I'm bummed that comments on old posts are now gone but it seems to solved the spam problem!

      Intensedebate was how I had my comments set up previously. They deleted my comments several times and have awful customer service. I have been annoyed with them especially since I had comments deleted twice in one week and they never responded to any of emails. Bummed that my comments were deleted from previous posts by switching back to the blogger comment template, but oh well. Hopefully this issue is resolved.

      Don't ever use intensedebate if you want my honest open. They have awful customer service too! All of my comments from this last year are gone, but hopefully this is a new start. :-)
      I am sure if I was really good at computers I could get them to come back, but I am not.

    That's annoying... so sorry you had such a headache with them. I sometimes had trouble commenting on sites with intensedebate as well, so I support your decision! :)

    I was even more irritated at their lack of customer service. I am glad I got rid of it. :-)
