I have really been making more of an effort to get an ample
amount of protein in my diet every day. I know that it is crucial for my
recovery. Training for a marathon definitely takes a toll on your body!
I made this protein shake the other day and I loved how rich
and creamy it tasted. I thought that it tasted better than a vanilla milkshake!
Vanilla Chai Protein Shake:
1 container Kroger Vanilla Chai CARBmaster yogurt
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
½ cup of unsweetened Vanilla almond milk
Simple. Three ingredients.
Ready to blend
Yum.
Delish. Ready to start my day!

DeleteMmm that looks tasty!! I've been using RAW protein which isn't very tasty but its Organic and Vegan since my baby girl was sensitive to dairy for about the first six to seven months. I'm just finishing up this container and will be able to have some tasty concoction like this soon :) Thanks for sharing!
