Scale

I finally broke down and bought a scale to weigh out my food. I don't know what took me so long to actually buy one. I have been meaning to buy one for over a month.  It has been great purchase for only $29.99 at Fred Meyer. I primarily got one so that I could weigh out meat. It's kind of hard to weigh meat with a measuring cup! It has been a handy tool to have in the kitchen and I think I will be using it a lot. They had cheaper scales and more expensive ones, but I figured going the middle of the road price wise was a safe bet. I think anyone that is wanting to make a change in their lifestyle should consider purchasing a scale. It adds additional accountability when preparing meals.
