My max used to be between 2-3 minutes. I kind of slacked off this last week so I need to get with the program again. I just started to log my crossfit workouts a couple of months ago. I wish that I would have utilized Daily Mile more of the summer when I was only biking. Not sure what they would charge. I did get one quote and it was a bit pricey for me at the moment. The minimum cost to move to wordpress and have some new graphics was $800 per that quote.
